Responsibilities:
- Represent the values of being an agent of change and drive transformation across the organization.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Monitor progress and performance metrics to ensure that transformation initiatives are on track and meet established goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with functional peers and stakeholders to ensure that the transformation process is seamless and integrated across the organization. Maintain a positive culture for change.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that teams are fully engaged and committed to the transformation process. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to enhance the skills and capabilities of those involved.
- Consult with various subject matter experts across the company to deliver on the best outcomes.
- Communicate transformation initiatives and progress to senior leadership.
Qualification:
- 5-10 years of experience supporting large-scale strategic transformation projects.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record in leading programs, projects, and transformational change initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership & decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Project and Program Management practices
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous fast-paced projects and meet tight deadlines; have an ability to remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
- Exhibit the highest standards of integrity and be pleasant & fun to work with.

The base pay range for this role is $117,700 - $196,200. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
