Responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll:

• Infrastructure Mastery: Design, scale, and secure infrastructure to stay ahead of business needs through fault-tolerant architecture design, performance testing, profiling, tuning, and capacity planning.
• Monitoring Expertise: Support the development and maintenance of our monitoring arsenal.
• Collaborative Support: Collaborate with developers to ensure development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Engineer Empowerment: Support our team of engineers and developers.
• Performance Enhancement: Work closely with the tech lead to discuss performance, limitations, and provide recommendations for use cases.

Requirements

We're looking for candidates with:

• Infrastructure Wizardry: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana, scripting languages, and CI/CD.
• Scalability Guru: Ensure all components are highly scalable and maintainable.
• Cloud-Native Champion: Experience in cloud-native development and microservice architectures.
• Automation Enthusiasm: Automate repetitive manual processes, focusing on delivering automated and self-healing systems.
• Reliability Maestro: Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure, responding to incidents and ensuring high availability.
• SRE Advocate: Promote Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.
• Continuous Delivery Pro: Contribute to the development, support, and maintenance of continuous delivery solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Collaborate with other engineers to troubleshoot problems with our technology.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English.
• Legal Authorization: Authorized to work in Spain.
