We have an exciting a leadership opportunity at the forefront of building and managing a team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of Automated Test & Equipment (ATE) Services including Planning, Shipping and Receiving.
Essential Job Functions:
- Directs all aspects of planning for Engineering and Production Test for semiconductors.
- Sound business acumen, and the ability and motivation to work with a variety of complex customers to grow the business and meet their demands
- Ability to identify and delegate work suitable for employees’ capability
- Organize, schedule prioritize, and assign jobs to group members
- Provide technical direction and leadership over all members of the department
- Develop, review, and approve all analysis data and reporting
- Prepare customer summary reports
- Provide, maintain, and emphasize quality in operation and product
- Organize, manage, coordinate members of department to facilitate work flow
- Promote and direct a cohesive team environment
- Interface with external customers to maintain professional relationship
- Identify and resolve problems within group operations
- Protects confidential information and proprietary processes.
- Handles customer materials and company equipment in a responsible and efficient manner.
- Follows established safety protocols and procedures.
- Requirements of the Technology Control Plan are followed at all times to ensure export control compliance
- Ensures compliance with quality system documents and processes
- Maintains specified records of test data and ensures Good Documentation Practices
- Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in ATE Testing
- 5+ years of prior management experience
- BS Degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience
- MBA Degree with a major in Operations / Supply Chain
- Microelectronic testing experience in one or more technical disciplines such as reliability, ESD, circuit edit or failure analysis (physical/electrical).
- Strategic and self-motivated leader with strong analytical and project management skills, driving cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and business growth.
- Proven success in developing and executing programs across complex organizational structures, contributing to operational efficiency and long-term business development.
- Experienced in team building and staff motivation, fostering collaboration and delivering results through inclusive leadership and a clear, growth-oriented vision.
