About the role

The HR Project Administrator will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and provide support for a variety of employee engagement initiatives and HR processes.  The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.  The HR Project Administrator will exhibit professionalism, integrity, and composure at all times and possess a keen sense of urgency, as well as meticulous attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the VPHR, plan and execute site engagement activities, company events, community relations activities, customer meetings, etc.
  • Compile meeting materials including PowerPoint decks, project updates, and monthly KPIs.
  • Track status of HR projects, driving execution of key deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications including announcements, newsletters, town halls, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to VPHR, including scheduling meetings, travel planning and expense reporting.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned 

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree)

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience working with senior-level executives
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and collaborative work-environment
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality as appropriate 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Occasional travel may be required
