Overview

The Project Coordinator for Construction is responsible for organizing assigned projects and interfacing with Architects, General Contractors, Real Estate Development, and other contractors. Working as a team with the project Architect and Engineer, the Construction Coordinator must be able to manage a high volume of projects concurrently in different stages.

NOTE: This is an in-office opportunity only, located in the Angleton area, hybrid or remote options are not available.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain all Real Estate Development tasks through the project life-cycle, from initial planning to completion of deliverables

• Coordinate and communicate the project schedules and tasks for assigned projects, ensuring all tasks are completed, approvals are maintained and recorded

• Monitor project and task performance; ensure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements

• Collect and consolidate feedback and comments, assist in making adjustments and resubmitting for final approval

• Develop an intimate understanding of process and areas for improvement

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders

• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Hands on commercial construction experience is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
