About Westside Children's Therapy
Westside Children's Therapy is a mission-driven pediatric therapy organization providing ABA, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and more to children and families across Chicagoland. Everything we do is guided by our G.R.E.A.T. As our HR Business Partner, you won't just support this mission from the sidelines. You'll be one of its most important champions.
What You'll Do
Partner with regional and clinic leaders across Chicagoland to support day-to-day people management and workforce strategy
Coach clinic directors and frontline supervisors on performance management, feedback, and employee development — helping emerging leaders grow into managers who embody the Growth and Teamwork at the heart of our G.R.E.A.T. Outcomes values
Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance concerns, and workplace investigations
Advise leaders on consistent policy application, employment law, and HR best practices; in a healthcare environment, compliance protects our people, our patients, and our license to operate — and you'll ensure leaders understand and take that seriously
Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, engagement scores, and retention trends to guide leadership decisions and recommend solutions
Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen culture and reduce attrition
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support onboarding and integration of new employees, especially early-career staff
