You will complete commission or sales incentive audits and interact with customers to analyze and resolve inquiries. We'll count on you to ensures adherence to regulatory and internal controls around the processing and payment of commissions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Processes commission or sales incentive payments for single or multiple lines of business in accordance with provisions established in the commission/sales incentive plan.
Develops expert knowledge in all lines of business, distributions, systems, processes, products and methods.
Reviews and analyzes commission or sales incentive reports; processes corrections. May review and analyze daily commission and error reports for all product lines.
Receives and responds to calls from the sales force regarding complex commission or sales incentive related processing problems. Maintains appropriate records of phone conversations. Serves as initial point of contact for advanced service issues.
Interacts with customers to analyze and resolve non-routine/complex payment inquiries and disputes.
Completes commission or sales incentive audits and communicates results to both internal and external customers.
Monitors and clears commission and sales incentive suspense in a timely manner. Prepares monthly/quarterly commission and sales incentive payment summary reports and reconciliation for management. Researches and reconciles fund differences. Analyzes trends and consults with management about trends.
Processes incoming manual commission statements if required. Resolves and reconciles individual transactions to the total of the statement and the cash receipt.
Assists in processing complex back-dated producer account change requests for all product lines if needed.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
