AGCO is seeking a talented, passionate, and highly motivated professional to join the Sales team as a Field Technical Support Manager (located in North-East / Central US) but the job will be Nationwide. The ideal candidate will play a leading role in facilitating after sales support, maintaining customer satisfaction and serving as the technical, product champion. This role supports the TECNO Poultry Equipment brand for Grain & Protein.
Your Impact
- Gather applicable technical information for assigned products in a manner conducive to easy dissemination and understanding by other employees and dealers.
- Visit and provide end-users and dealers with product technical support; serve as the technical, product champion.
- Arrange and/or conduct training on new or existing products as appropriate, in cooperation with Technical Support Managers.
- Partner with business resources to resolve service and execution issues.
- Available for traveling (will spend the majority of the time on site)
- Manage and facilitate commissioning/handover process, as per TPE team disposition
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Engineering or Ag Technology and/or three plus years of experience in agricultural technical service or support
- Two or more years of experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
