About the Role:

• Position: Sales Executive – Entry Level to Experienced
• Location: Houston, TX (100% fully onsite; no remote work)
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Compensation: Competitive base salary + Commission + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• New Business Development: Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities.
• Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to generate leads and build relationships.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a bustling office environment.
• Close Deals: Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.

What You Bring:

• Drive and Determination: You’re motivated and persistent, always aiming to exceed sales targets.
• Communication Skills: You’re a clear communicator with a personable touch.
• Problem-Solving: You’re quick on your feet and can navigate challenges effectively.
• Team Player: You work well in a team and can juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish).
