Your Role:
As a Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while preparing and cooking delicious menu items in a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare & Cook: Whip up an array of mouth-watering dishes by following standardized recipes and ensuring each plate is a work of art.
• Ready, Set, Cook: Get your station set up and stocked with all the ingredients you’ll need to keep that kitchen running smoothly!
• Clean & Safe: Keep our kitchen spick-and-span while making sure we’re following all health and safety regulations. Cleanliness is next to deliciousness!
• Portion Control: Master the art of portioning to minimize waste and maximize flavor in every dish.
• Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with your fellow kitchen heroes to ensure every shift is a success!
• Deliver with Care: Safely deliver food orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all items are complete, accurate, and presented with care.

Requirements

Your Skills & Experience:

• A proven track record as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• A strong grasp of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment – you know your way around a sauté pan!
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to the details that matter.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to keep the culinary magic flowing.
• A team spirit! Collaboration and communication are key.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus (if you have it, great – if not, we can help you get it!).
