Working with EY GDS -SC&amp;O proprietary frameworks, you will help clients to improve reliability, flexibility and responsiveness of their supply chain triggering total cost reduction.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your key responsibilities</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Leading projects related to Blue Yonder/JDA software including global solution design, system implementation, testing and configuration in line with client requirements</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Work with the extended teams and/or clients to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Design planning solutions, create operating models, leading workshops &amp; fit gap assesments (as is vs to be)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Translate business requirements into practical technical functionalities provided in OMP, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Review and validate data and further build optimization models, analytical reports and presentations </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Provide solutions to unstructured problems</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Continuous upskilling to acquire planning capabilities for planning software OMP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder</span></span></li> </ul> <p><br/> <span><span><b>Skills and attributes for success</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span> Experience in planning systems and processes</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Capability to work on big set of data with analytical thinking mindset to drive proper action plans</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ability to work independently and proactively specialization in a specific sector (CPG/FMCG, Automotive, Pharma, etc.) will be an added advantage</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>To qualify for the role, you must have</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span> Minimum 5 years of relevant business or consulting experience</span></span></li> <li><span><span> Fluent English</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proficiency in SAP (MM, PP, MD, APO modules) <b>and/or</b> JDA <b>and/or</b> Kinaxis <b>and/or</b> OMP <b>and/or</b> Aera</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proven supply / distribution / production planning and scheduling skills</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Understanding of demand planning, S&amp;OP, inventory management and process reengineering</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience with analytical tools such as Python, Llamasoft, SQL will be an added asset  </span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Ideally, you’ll also have</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management is an essential part of the role</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience how to run Agile &amp; Waterfall Projects in collaborative style</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>What we look for </b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Technical experience and enthusiasm for upskilling in fast moving environment</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong experience in planning and passion to drive the change  </span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>What we offer</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
