Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior HUMINT Analyst to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X/G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. Responsibilities:
· The HUMINT Analyst shall conduct Collection Operations Management (COM) and intelligence analysis to support CI/HUMINT operations. This intelligence analysis should provide the detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum CI/HUMINT operations and will ensure proper representation of operational gain or potential operational gain to decision makers.
· Provide assessment of collection posture and gaps.
· Strategic Assessments, Reports, White Papers, Briefings, and Coordination
· HUMINT Operating Directives and Program Review
· Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of HUMINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies. This intelligence analysis should provide the detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum operations.
· Conduct operational analysis, quality control, and quality assurance of intelligence reports and raw intelligence to support CI/HUMINT operations
· Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
· Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to their duties.
· Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
· Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
Required qualifications/skills:
· At minimum a Master’s degree.
· Certifications: DoD Intelligence Fundamentals; or Certified Defense
· All-Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2 (CDASA-1, CDASA-2); or Certified Collection Management Professional - Fundamentals (CCMPF); or Intelligence Planner Certification.
