About the role

• We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will shape user experiences by designing intuitive, functional, and visually appealing digital interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user needs while aligning with business goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct user research and translate insights into user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with Insurance and Service product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure design feasibility.
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs continuously.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven 10 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in leading the E2E UX lifecycle, with requirements, journey mapping, facilitating design sessions, and leading rapid prototyping
• UX trends and best practice knowledge.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
