The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

As a Senior Manager FP&A, Enterprise Fulfillment Operations Planning, you will be responsible for near term fulfillment financial processes, including the creation of new routines & reporting for end-to-end fulfillment performance across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for assessing unit, ASP & channel forecast P&L impacts, play a controllership role for FP&A’s central volume source, and help progress the processes translating merch forecast into operational expense in a more streamlined way. This role will also own fulfillment network health financial analysis & tradeoffs, partnering across operations finance to drive optimal decisions in year. This role may also play a key leadership role in total operations end to end routines, beyond just fulfillment.

In this critical enterprise role, you will be a self-starter to enable & enhance the right routines & reporting, demonstrate strong financial acumen to understand & uncover opportunities across the fulfillment P&L, and build strong relationships to influence and drive optimal financial outcomes for the enterprise.

About you:  

• 4-year college degree (Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance)  

• 5-8+ years of analytical business and/or expense finance experience preferred 

• MBA/CPA/MA desired 

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and ability to develop new, sustainable processes, reporting & insights

• Drives for results and manage execution: coordinate, prioritize, establish goals, ensure timelines are met and use resources effectively
