About The Role
Lift Delivery is responsible for collaborating with Pre-Sales to consult on solutions, Operations to support project setup and output review, and, most importantly, Clients to recommend study set-up and design and deliver results and insights in Market Lift (plus EV Buyer Lift, BYOD) as a part of the Campaign Analytics Portfolio. For a specific engagement, Lift Delivery will work directly with prospective/clients and Nielsen commercial associates to design Lift solutions to meet clients’ needs and bring the study to its fruition, complete with insights and context about the environment in which the study took place.

About The Role

What You'll Do
- Build trust-based relationships with CA Clients, Sales, Operations/Support teams, Product, and DSci.
- Partner with other Delivery associates and Sales to help present solutions that allow clients to grow their business via Lift solutions; gain in-depth Product knowledge to be able to address methodology and execution questions with oversite from more experienced team members
- Translate business needs into more specific questions which can then be solved by CA Lift solutions and with the benefits that Nielsen solutions uniquely deliver.
- Build a deep understanding of Nielsen’s Lift solutions. Be able to support the explanation of results.
- Help support clients teams through designing, executing, and presenting results.
- Ensure proactive insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to the Client.
- Collaborate with Lift Product and Technology teams; Investigate when issues are discovered and proactively work to help find the root cause and resolve them with the appropriate parties
- Create detailed research analyses focused on the effectiveness and efficiency of advertising using established test vs control methodology to determine the lift driven by the measured campaigns.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on test setup, data quality, and presentation materials to ensure that best practices are being followed
- Maintain accurate records of study timelines, completed milestones, and presentation dates, and stay in regular communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure all are kept up to date on status and timelines
What Experience You'll Bring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent critical thinking ability and the desire to seek solutions for novel situations as they arise
- Attention to detail – organization, quality, and accuracy in all work and interactions
- Self-motivated, curious learner with the ability to work collaboratively and willingness to lean in – need to jump in quickly, adapt and work in a collaborative team environment, managing multiple projects at once
- Past experience in digital media buying/planning and marketing analytics is a strong plus
- Broad knowledge of technology trends and relevance to clients' businesses
- 2-3 years experience in analytics and/or media or marketing planning
- Experience with Syndicated data sets such as Nielsen IQ and/or IRI is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Media and advertising industry knowledge
- Ability to grasp new concepts easily, and be able to present them in a simplified manner to clients and potential prospects
- Stats background a plus
- Technical proficiency in Office/Google Suite of software solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
