VF Employee Relations Senior Advisor
The Employee Relations Senior Advisor is responsible for employee relations services across the various VF businesses. Following established processes but working independently, you will be responsible for managing HR areas for select functions within ER including internal allegations, claims and employee relations investigations, as well as performance management, training and development, leave management and compliance with state and federal requirements.

Conduct internal investigations on workplace situations, including legal and compliance review and prepares all required documentation with a focus on issue resolution within assigned region/area.
Partner with managers on the development of performance management and implementation of coaching documents including performance improvement plans.
Provide employees with support and guidance to address their concerns in areas including teamwork, communication, and leadership among others.
Support managers with associate development by providing guidance on coaching, counseling, and performance management.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding all cases in designated tools.
Partner with Client Group HRBP’s to align follow up actions involving associates, managers, and/or teams.
Manages requests for other employee relations processes, including off-boarding, exit interviews, LOA/ADA escalated requests, escalated unemployment claims, and other processes as assigned.
Assists with drafting, updating and maintaining VF policies and provides coaching and performance recommendations in alignment with them.
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3-5 years of experience and professional achievements in corporate and retail ER or HR experience preferred.
Ability to maintain positive relationships to support employees, managers, and HRBP clients both in person and remotely
Strong Business Writing Skills
Proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, Reporting, etc.)
Occasional Travel up to 15%
Location Requirement:This position is hybrid, and reports to our Vans Headquarters in Costa Mesa, California.

Hiring Range:
$72,576.00 USD - $90,720.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
