Job Description

Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement as well as standard work procedures.

Installs and performs preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment (BIenders & Grinders, and conveyors, etc.) as required.
-Reconditions used equipment.

Troubleshoots hydraulic, automation, vision, and electrical systems on injection molding machines to ensure continuous production under the direction of the Shift Supervisor.
-Authorized to take out of service any machine or equipment that is deemed to be unsafe or that would further deteriorate with continued use.

Mechanical and electrical skills.

Ability to read blueprints.

Familiar with automation and auxiliary equipments.

Troubleshooting experience.

Knowledge of injection molding machine functions and controls. Preferred

Manufacturing environment. Some exposure to office environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to handle, or touch objects or controls.
