- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- 9 AM to 5 PM ET
- Includes 30 mins paid break
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and communicative professional to join our team as a Backup Care Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our backup care program and serve as the primary point of contact for our Concierge team. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care coordination and smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Concierge team members.
- Oversee care requests, ensuring timely responses and successful fulfillment for families and providers.
- Resolve Tier 1 issues independently and escalate higher-level concerns as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as quality checks and audits.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role. Background in the childcare industry is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
