Location: Washington, DC (Remote)

As a Senior Enterprise Architect and CIO Strategist, You Will:

• Enterprise Architecture: Assist in evaluation of current baseline of enterprise architecture and assist in establishing a plan to evolve the EA based on specific PCAOB goals and objectives, technology investments, and digital transformation needs
• Strategic Planning: Assist in the definition of the strategic roadmap for PCAOB technology capabilities in alignment with organizational goals
• Portfolio Strategy: Evaluate the portfolios of IT projects and initiatives, architectural alignment
• Governance: Assist in establishing IT governance process leveraging industry standards such as COBIT
• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with interfacing with business stakeholders and executives, IT teams, board staff and board members to ensure enterprise architecture is understood and delivers business value
• Performance Metrics: Assist in maturing KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of IT initiatives
• Process Improvement: Assist in evaluating existing methodologies and processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Compliance & Security: Ensure alignment between IT governance, enterprise architecture, and security management framework.

To Be Successful, You Need:

Required:

• Strong communication and facilitation experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture and IT strategy, focused on large scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong EA background
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Strong knowledge of IT governance strategy
• Expert in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or PMP
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Permanent Residency required.

Preferred:

• Demonstrated experience in business outcome focused enterprise architecture
• ITIL Certified
• Experience leading complex EA and digital transformation programs
• Previous experience in U.S. Federal Government sector or highly regulated industries
• Strong negotiation, advisory, executive engagement skills.
