Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with all contractors to support sustaining process of the manufacturing site.
- Preparing purchase requests for all facility projects, standard maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinating and managing café, landscaping, janitorial, elevator, and etc.
- Managing all footprint tickets and assigning to the appropriate contractors or engineers to complete tasks.
- Managing budgetary tracking for multimillion-dollar projects.
- Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
- Coordinate office and parking space allocation.
- Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses
- Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners.
- Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Administrative and Coordinator knowledge
- Demonstrated proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language.
- Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Must have good people skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Must be quality and safety-oriented.

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe wage range for a new hire into this position is $66,000 to $90,750.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
