Who We Are:

 

HII-Mission Technologies is looking for a motivated Program Analyst to join our team in support of multiple programs. Position will be remote.

What You Will Do:

 

  • Schedule, set up and coordinate meetings with Program Manager, functional line managers, and external customer.
  • Very disciplined in enforcement of establish Project Operating Rhythm including adherence to meeting schedules, keeper of central Action Item List, Subcontractor Invoicing, and coordination of contract reporting.
  • Experienced with Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Provide operational/programmatic support, documentation review and analysis, and briefing preparation.
  • Display the ability and experience to interact with and coordinate tasks with the government customer and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare Project Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and Biweekly reports for review and signoff.
  • Project Financial Support (including updating trackers with new funding, updated labor hours and project actuals)
  • Support generation of ROMs.
  • Support Program Management Reviews (PMR) financial updates.
  • Initiate and submit project closeouts to PM for approval and submission to PMO.
  • Subcontractor Management (including submitting pre-award and award for Subcontractor actions), coordinate accruals, and process travel and purchase requests, and invoices.
  • Ensure project financials are updated after Project modifications, subcontract modifications, and invoices are recognized.
  • Upload submitted MSRs and deliverables to respective project sites.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to support other functions within the programs
  • MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate effectively at all levels of management and to individual contributors
  • Continually seeks education by pursuing and maintaining certifications and keeping current with technology and industry trends
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Leadership and project management training
