Join Cleveland Clinic’s Martin South Hospital where research and surgery are advanced, technology is leading-edge, patient care is world-class, and caregivers are family. This 100-bed hospital provides top-quality patient care to the communities in and around Martin County. Here, you will work alongside passionate physicians, nurses and other caregivers in a family-oriented, supportive environment.
Sometimes, an Emergency Department visit is not long enough for caregivers to understand a condition or provide the appropriate recovery time. The Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) cares for patients awaiting results to determine if discharge or readmittance is necessary. As an RN, you will deliver exceptional care throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.
We realize that flexibility is essential for many caregivers today. That’s why we offer a variety of PRN shift options—including staggered start times, flexible shift lengths, and specialized assignments—to fit your lifestyle. We’re proud to welcome experienced nurses into our caregiver family and are committed to providing the flexibility you need, no matter what life brings.
A PRN caregiver in this position works varying days from 7:00AM – 7:30PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Educate patients and their families.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
