  • Salary is dependent on commensurate experience above the minimum qualifications for the role and internal equity considerations.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Integration Engineer is primarily responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable integration solutions that connect various enterprise applications and data sources within Pacific Clinics' technology ecosystem. This role ensures seamless data flow and process automation across critical systems, with a strong focus on application integration, API development, and the utilization of cloud platforms and data services. The Senior Integration Engineer will also play a key role in integrating machine learning capabilities into existing and new applications to enhance organizational insights and efficiency. This position requires deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions that support the organization's strategic goals and enhance service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Design, develop, and implement complex integration solutions using middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Develop and manage APIs for internal and external consumption, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, optimizing existing integration flows for efficiency and reliability.
  • Work with various data sources (Oracle, SQL Server) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Integrate machine learning models and outputs into existing application workflows and data pipelines.
  • Utilize cloud-native integration services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Pub/Sub) to build scalable and resilient solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across integrated systems, including data mapping and transformation.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with the Salesforce platform, including leveraging Salesforce APIs and custom development when necessary.
  • Design and implement API endpoints for consuming and exposing data from various cloud platforms and data services.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, development, acceptance testing, and feature release.
  • Performs other related responsibilities, as assigned, to support specific department/business needs.
  • Coordinate the administration and maintenance of integration applications.
  • Support integration-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Participate in meetings with users and stakeholders to understand and document their needs to provide solutions using integration technologies.
