Job Description:

Department Overview:

The Sr Business Mgmt Analyst provides specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.

Depth & Scope:

• Works independently as the senior analyst /subject matter expert and may coach and educate others
• Considered a subject matter expert within a given area
• Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end
• Focus on short to medium -term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly)

Education & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree
• 5 + years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Technical understanding of IT applications, a plus to support audit activities.
• Experience in audit/audit support activities.
• Experience in understanding audit controls, Governance & Risk analysis, Risk Mitigation strategies.
• Critical Thinking
• Problem Solving
• Jira experience - preferred
