  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and changes that may impact scope, schedule, resources, or quality
  • Coordinate activities related to integrations, workflow discovery, reporting configuration, template migration, testing, training, and go-live readiness
  • Partner closely with technical and clinical resources responsible for solution implementation and workflow design
  • Escalate project risks and barriers when needed and drive appropriate follow-up and resolution
  • Support resource planning and coordination across regional and global teams
  • Ensure project documentation, decisions, milestones, and customer commitments are appropriately captured and maintained

  • Partner with the Global Reporting team to continuously improve project delivery processes, tools, and best practices
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to repeatable methodologies as Sectra’s Reporting business continues to grow
  • Travel as required for customer and internal engagements, up to 25%

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, countries, and time zones within a global organization
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability
  • Ability to understand technical and clinical project dependencies and translate them into clear plans, actions, and customer communications
