Position Title: Senior Security Account Manager

Location: Chantilly, Virginia (VA)

Job Summary:

Oversee the services and deliverables within the Accounts/Clients facility. Day to day operations including hiring, training, and managing contract personnel. In this role, you will build, improve, and maintain relationships with the Client, develop and retain employees, and solve problems to effectively run the account. Meet or exceed cost-saving/efficiency & operations goals while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain or oversee maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for Contractor Personnel and provides after-hour emergency response as required.

Position Qualifications:

• Previous management experience
• Possess strong operational and management skills
• Demonstrates track record of superior customer service
• Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity
• Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities
• Conscientious and demonstrated initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Education/Experience:

• At least 18 years of age 
• Associate’s Degree and 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
• Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education
