Empire Truck Sales is seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair operations and oversee a high-performing team dedicated to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and support a high-performing team of body shop technicians and support staff
Manage daily shop operations, workflow, production schedules, and repair cycle times
Ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and manufacturer standards
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the repair process
Oversee department productivity, efficiency, and profitability
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
Collaborate with parts, service, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless repairs and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance partners
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
QualificationsWhat You'll Need
2+ years of experience preferred as a Body Shop Manager, Assistant Body Shop Manager, Shop Foreman, Production Manager, or similar leadership role within a heavy truck, automotive, fleet maintenance, transportation, equipment, collision repair, or related mechanical service environment
Previous collision repair experience is highly preferred
Experience leading and managing technicians in a dealership, fleet, collision repair, or service environment
Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to manage workflow, productivity, repair quality, and department performance in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
Retail dealership experience preferred
Diesel mechanic experience and/or DTNA (Freightliner or Western Star) knowledge is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
