Senior Producer

Konami Gaming is looking for a Senior Producer to join our team!

This position manages the development and delivery of compelling slot titles from concept to completion. Ensures games are developed on-schedule, within budget and meets market specification and functionality.  Oversees large scope multi-title projects development and maintains the creative vision of the product. Provides and maintains the creative vision of their assigned products. Works collaboratively with other departments within the company including Product Management, Marketing and Sales to meet or exceed expectations of the product and is accountable for on time delivering of identified milestones. Develop games that will perform well in the market. Provide feedback and guidance to less senior staff.

This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.

What you'll be doing:

Directs the game development of gaming titles by:

• Advocating the creative vision and development of market leading slot titles.
• Guiding a cross functional team of creative and technical staff to create high performing video slot games.
• Being accountable for creating multiple concurrent games that perform well in external reviews and beta testing and the market.
• Conducting regular reviews of games in development with quality and player experience in mind; provide constructive feedback to the development team.

Delivering on-time high performing innovative gaming products that meet market and company needs.

• Work collaboratively with Product Management and Marketing to ensure products are made to meet the needs of players and the market.
• Ensuring a stable gaming product is submitted to SQA and approved by required jurisdictions.
• Maintaining effective communication with team members, licensors and other internal and external customers.

What we'll want you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design, Mathematics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 years or more experience as a Game Designer, Mathematician or Project Lead or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years gaming industry experience.
