Job Description

• First point of contact in project related topics for the customer 
• Coordination of project team, incl. engineering team, subcontractors and suppliers 
• Review and clarification of specifications with customer and suppliers 
• Active participation in the preparation of project quotation 
• Planning, managing, tracking of the project (deadlines, resources, costs, risks etc.) 
• Administration of project as per Segula / Customer quality requirements 
• Regular reporting to management 
• Participation in shaping new internal processes and their implementation to promote dynamic growth

Qualifications

• Essential engineering background in AUTOMOTIVE industry is mandatory 
• At least 3 years working experience in managing complex engineering projects 
• Leadership experience of managing and controlling team members 
• Advanced skills with a robust CAD (CATIA / PTC Creo / Siemens NX) and PLM system is an advantage 
• Experience with automotive development processes is an advantage 
• Creative, organised and proactive personality with analytical, solution-oriented thinking 
• Strong communication skills 
• Motivation to work in a fast-expanding environment 
• Good knowledge of English AND German is mandatory, Hungarian or French are an advantage
