The Royal Caribbean Group’s Silversea Cruises brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Account Executive, Sr. National Accounts and Strategic Partners on the Global Marketing Team reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing.

Position Summary:
As the Senior Account Executive, this position will be responsible for supervising, and executing the marketing plans of the top Consortia and Strategic partners and driving the execution of these plans. This position also serves as the Project Manager for all marketing development for key marketing assets supporting the National Accounts, Key Accounts and Strategic Partners, managing the development of creative, flow of projects, approval of promotional materials and ad placement. Responsible for ensuring consistency of brand messaging in all channels. This position also supports relationship management with accounts from a marketing perspective and has the ability to influence marketing plan decisions.
Goal is to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness in the travel partner industry.
This position will ensure that the plans are properly completed in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager and in alignment with Sales Leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under the leadership of the Senior Marketing Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for executing established marketing plans for National Accounts and Strategic Partners. This includes and is not limited to providing content to travel agencies, coordinate the creation of landing pages, direct mails, emails, social media posts, flyers, etc…for Consumer and B2B marketing.
- Adapts global brand campaigns for National Accounts/Consortia including: ship launches, brand campaigns and brand announcements. The Sales Channel support is critical to the success of such launches.
- Support with the development of quarterly promotions and act as the team lead to ensure all retail material is assigned to team members, developed and distributed to sales team on a timely manner. Ensuring there is proper strategy placed behind each retail campaign.
- Provides operations support and supervises content creation for the execution of Trade Media plans in North America. This includes creation of ads, emails and supporting any updates to the media calendar.
- Builds day-to-day communication rapport with strategic accounts and engages leadership as necessary to have a clear understanding of travel partner goals and objectives.
- Leverages marketing, analytics, and sales operations to drive marketing plans to fruition to help exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinates proof-reading sessions and circulates all marketing assets that need approval from leadership before they become final.
- Updates the marketing planning tool (Wrike) to ensure all projects are properly accounted for with due dates. Supervises Wrike work flows and involves other teams as needed for flawless execution.
- Ensures that all final assets are properly filed and shared with global markets.
- Supports the Senior Manager by working closely with Key Accounts, and Field Sales to proactively communicate and ensure marketing initiatives and promotional efforts are being pushed down to the member agencies.
- Provides support as needed to execute US Trade events such as Virtuoso Travel Week, Signature conferences and Cruise 360, among others.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and/or sales experience.
- 3-5 years of corporate experience in Marketing, Sales, or Consumer Marketing, ideally within the travel industry, cruise experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and production across multiple marketing mediums (digital, social, print, in person, etc.).
- Knowledge of marketing testing, personalization, and marketing best practices.
