Make a Difference Behind the Mission

Are you an experienced case manager with deep expertise in VA benefits and military disability systems? Do you understand Marine Corps culture and want your work to directly support service members navigating complex benefit programs? If so, this opportunity might be a perfect fit.

French Consulting is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide complex, non-medical case management and resource coordination for service members. You'll leverage your VA benefits expertise and understanding of TDRL/PDRL systems to help Marines and their families access the support they've earned—and your work will contribute to real-world impact for those who serve.

This position is an excellent fit for a military spouse, veteran, or someone with first-hand experience supporting military life, offering both professional fulfillment and the opportunity to work independently while serving the Marine Corps community.

What You’ll Do

Non-Medical Case Management

  • Provide comprehensive non-medical case management services to service members and their families.
  • Coordinate resources across military, federal, and community support systems.
  • Monitor case progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and track outcomes.

Benefits Navigation & Expertise

  • Guide service members through complex benefits applications, appeals, and transitions.
  • Provide consultation on eligibility requirements, timelines, and documentation needed for various benefit programs.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure they receive all entitled benefits and services.
  • Stay current on changes to federal benefits policies and regulations.

Resource Allocation & Coordination

  • Build and maintain relationships with federal agencies, VA facilities, and community organizations.
  • Connect clients with healthcare, financial, educational, employment, and social support resources.
  • Track resource utilization and program effectiveness.

Independent Work & Travel

  • Work autonomously to manage a caseload while maintaining quality standards.
  • Travel 20-30% to military installations, VA facilities, and client locations throughout the region.
  • Conduct on-site assessments, participate in installation events, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization professionally at meetings, conferences, and outreach activities.

Who You Are

  • You're experienced in VA benefits and military disability systems, with proven ability to navigate complex federal programs.
  • You can work independently, manage your time effectively, and make sound decisions without constant oversight.
  • You understand Marine Corps culture and can communicate effectively with service members and their families.
  • You may be a military spouse or veteran yourself—or simply someone who values service and purpose.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of experience working with the federal government and three (3) years of experience in non-medical case management and/or resource allocation
  • Knowledge of VA benefits programs, eligibility, and application processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of TDRL and PDRL systems<
