The Quality Coordinator position is a Full-Time position, Monday-Friday with hours from 8 AM - 5 PM PDT. Individuals located within driving distance of the Brea, CA location are encouraged to apply.

Pay Range: 70k-90k

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Demonstrates and promotes the company's vision
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
  • Support compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
  •  Coordinate with multiple locations, units, and/or cost centers
  • Coordinate calibrations and performance verifications
  • Proficiency Testing Administration
  • Reviews, proofs, and types reports
  • Participates in process improvements
  • SOP Coordinator
  • Defines and maintains SOP reading documentation
  • Creates and maintains central files
  • Manage Training Matrix
  • Administer OOS and CAPA processes
  • Administer CAPA/OOS effectiveness checks
  • Document control
  • Support release of SOPs
  • Meeting minutes for QMS management review
  • Generate and distribute control charts as needed
  • Contributes towards a cohesive team environment
  • Maintains a clean and safe laboratory work environment
  • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is strongly preferred 
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience may be substituted for education
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Skilled in spreadsheets and word processing
  • Ability to learn new tasks
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently
