As an HR Employee Service Specialist IV within our Ask JPMC HR Team, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional HR support to our North America and/or Latin America employees. Your role involves handling inquiries related to payroll, policies, regulations, employee benefits, and certifications. You will ensure a seamless, end-to-end positive experience for employees, from recruitment through retirement, by adhering to established processes and guidelines.
Job responsibilities:
- Resolve employee inquiries accurately and effectively
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address employee inquiries
- Respond to inquiries via an online tool with precision
- Adhere to all established processes, policies, company guidelines, and regulations
- Complete HR-related transactions and activities in line with company policy
- Meet service level, quality, and productivity metrics
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; work under pressure and handle high volumes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
