Job Details:

This position oversees all rendering functions, including both production and mechanical aspects. Responsibilities include:

• Producing quality products in a safe, clean, and efficient manner.
• Ensuring subordinates follow all company policies and procedures.
• Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time.
• Performing any other assigned duties.

Additionally, this position will cover the maintenance department when a supervisor is absent. In the absence of the General Supervisor, this role will assume all responsibilities and act as their designee.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Two (2) or more years of rendering and management experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required.

Priority consideration will be given to applicants at this facility, as well as priority for internal candidates impacted due to plant closure or job elimination.
