Responsibilities
· Direct and coordinate Career Pathway Training program related activities, ensuring alignment with executive-level goals and objectives
· Manage program timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met
· Facilitate communication between executive office, stakeholders, and program teams, ensuring consistent and transparent information flow
· Prepare high-level summaries, reports, and presentations to keep executives informed of program progress, risks, and achievements
· Develop and maintain detailed documentation of program activities, decisions, and processes to ensure knowledge continuity
· Identify and address potential gaps or risks in program execution that may impact continuity
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective collaboration
· Schedule and manage meetings, including executive briefings, steering committees, and working groups
· Evaluate existing workflows and communication processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
· Implement best practices in project management to optimize program delivery
· Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, escalating issues to leadership as needed
· Monitor progress to ensure the program remains on track and within scope
· Coordinate allocation of resources, including personnel, technology, and funding, to support program objectives
· Track resource usage and recommend adjustments to meet evolving program needs.
· Assist in developing and managing key performance indicators (KPI), best practices and tools for project execution and management and develop and maintain project resource plans
· Meet with internal project stakeholders and provide status updates of key projects including root cause analysis on missed deadlines, potential issues and risks, and communicate mitigation plans
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, coordinate project resources, track milestones and deliverables, provide scope management and change control, evaluate risk and manage issues, develop test plans
· Interview and gather requirements set by leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s); ensure requirements are clear, concise and properly address business needs
· Responsible for CPT compliance management
