Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Web Studio, and Audience Builder
• Collaborate with marketing and other business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Develop email templates, landing pages, and forms using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and AMPscript
• Build, test, and deploy complex customer journeys and marketing automation programs
• Salesforce Experience - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Flows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working in Information Technology landscape
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Surveys, Web Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, with basic knowledge of Sales Cloud
• Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), AMPscript, and SQL
• Experience with API integrations and working with RESTful web services.
• Basic knowledge of the Agile practices and associated tools
• Basic knowledge of asset management is a plus
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred but not required
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
