The Opportunity
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is now accepting applications for the International Student Advisor position at the Daytona Beach Campus. This role serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 students and is responsible for managing and maintaining student records in SEVIS, including reporting qualifying events and responding to ICE requests. The advisor will process Summer Camper F-1 requests, manage PhD residency requests, coordinate pre-arrival sessions, and provide virtual advising to international students. This position also provides backup support for CPT, OPT, and STEM processing, assists with orientation and semester check-ins, participates in international student events, collaborates with the ISSS team to enhance processes and customer service, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is low to mid $40,000. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.
Qualifications
Education and Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree.
