The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a student to join the administrative team at the Office of Medical Research, supporting the Basic Sciences. This clerical position is ideal for business or accounting students, though all majors are encouraged to apply.

Comprehensive training will be provided for all duties.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily credit card transactions

• Processing travel paperwork

• Coordinating hosting activities

• Errands on campus

• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno

• Candidate must be available whenever campus is open

Schedule

Expected hours to work per week: 20

Flexible scheduling. Working hours fall between Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm only.
