Job Description and Requirements
Your Responsibilities
As a leader in the infrastructure group, you will:
Lead technical discussion with support of technical leads and architects to develop effective solutions.
Foster a high-performance culture and cost-effective practices.
Serve as a technology evangelist, staying ahead of industry trends.
Contribute hands-on to software design, development, and integration.
Oversee a Scrum team, ensuring its success through Agile principles and leadership.
Drive organizational efficiency through industry best practices for SaaS products.
Allocate team members’ efforts strategically based on organizational needs.
Manage the team's workload, hiring, and performance evaluation.
Provide continuous employee development opportunities to help your team grow.
Develop a strategic vision for your team's domains.
Implement operational policies and drive process improvements.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
Hands-on experience in building high-scale, high-load distributed systems
Familiarity with modern programming languages – C#, Javascript, Python
Fluency in Cloud native architecture (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP)
Ability to motivate teams and improve efficiency under pressure
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Structured approach to performance management and feedback
Experience with Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in or leading teams utilizing LLM, RAG, AI Agents, embeddings.
