The Premium Pantry Attendant is responsible for keeping inventory of their assigned pantry, stocking, and distributing product to Suite Attendants. This position will be required to enter event day orders and credit card information into our web-based point of sale (POS) system.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently with little supervision and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made.
Possibility for overtime for select shifts. Ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.29 to $20.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining the standards of operation as required by management
- Maintain and manages beverage controls
- Manage beverage and snack inventory - ensures that amounts entered on the inventory sheet are correct and notifying the supervisor if there are discrepancies
- Closely follow orders to stock the Suite Attendants with beverages and snacks that have been ordered in a timely manner
- Communicating with the runners to stock any product that is running low in the pantry
- Keeping beer coolers and wine cage stocked
- Take phone orders from guests in suites, maintaining proper phone etiquette
- Place orders in a Web-based POS system – ensures that orders are correctly inputted
- Administrative duties as requested by supervisor
- Keeping areas clean and neat
- Additional Operational Duties as requested by supervisor
- Ability to perform administrative paperwork
- Maintain communication with staff (including office staff, e-mail, phone calls, inter-office mail, etc)
- Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
- Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
- Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required

Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older (Required)
- TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform administrative duties
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Requires daily lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 30lbs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Basic computer skills (Preferred)
- Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length
