Your Responsibilities

 

As a Strategy Delivery Lead for A&T Production Systems located in Moline, IL, you will…

 

• Lead planning or execution of strategic projects for Production Systems and A&T business units
• Provide Project Leadership and Project Management Expertise to assigned projects and initiatives
• Plan and execute project planning to incorporate and develop project charters, schedule to execute project plans while meeting goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Monitor ongoing projects, initiative status, and maintain communications with champions and affected stakeholders
• Partner with internal Strategy Delivery Team to implement consulting frameworks
• Must be able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

What Skills You Need

 

• 3 or more years project management experience and highly collaborative personality
• 3 or more years’ experience executing or leading agile methodologies
• 3 or more years’ experience developing content and presenting to senior leadership
• 3 or more years ability to influence without authority
• 3 or more years of strategic development and strategy deployment experience
• 3 or more years ability to dive deep into current processes and/or develop new processes to advance strategic priorities
• Highly organized, having demonstrated the ability to align teams towards a common mission
• 3 or more years of prior experience working with consulting firms
• 3 or more years of experience with executive leadership presentations
• Must be able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Finance/Business/Management/Agricultural Sciences/Marketing  or equivalent related work experience
