Customer Support Agent

Scope:
Manage all incoming customer communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient product delivery and returns processing
Maintain and update customer records in HubSpot and other relevant systems
Assist in the preparation of reports on customer interactions, sales, and logistics performance
Support the implementation and optimization of new software tools and processes
Collaborate with sales representatives across different states to ensure consistent customer experience
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and potentially phone
Handle general administrative tasks to support business operations
Coordinate logistics, including liaising with transport companies and obtaining quotes
Manage and update information in HubSpot, Card and Cloud, and other software systems
Process and follow up on spare parts inquiries and customer support tickets
Assist with order processing and tracking
Generate reports and maintain Excel spreadsheets as needed
Support the integration and use of Air Call system with HubSpot
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
Experience with customer relationship management software, preferably HubSpot
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus
Familiarity with Air Call or similar communication systems is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
