Our team at Windermere Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Associate to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Display and market real property to potential buyers
• Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of sales or customer service experience
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
