As a Global Product Manager at Hill's, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, developing and managing digital products that deliver measurable global business value and meaningful experiences for pets, pet parents, and veterinary healthcare teams. This role drives significant impact across Hill's evolving digital and eCommerce ecosystem.
What You Will Do:
Product Strategy - 55%

Manage the entire product lifecycle for assigned product(s), from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap, aligning with Hill’s business objectives and customer needs

Define and communicate long and short-term roadmaps for global regions, aligning with Hill’s business objectives and market opportunities.

Collaborate with Global business teams including Commercial, R&D, Marketing, Digital, and IT to build out product features and capabilities.

Identify and address resource, skill, or timeline gaps impacting product delivery.

Serve as the main point of contact for IT resource needs, backlog management, and product milestone tracking.

Support or facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure products meet user experience, branding, legal, and compliance requirements consistent with Hill’s standards.

Lead change management initiatives and frameworks across the regions
Insights & Analytics - 25%

Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs (key performance indicators) related to adoption, engagement, and business impact.

Develop strategies to address any product gaps indicated by KPIs and incorporate them into overall product strategy, as needed.

Leverage data and customer insights to inform product direction and enhancements.

Prepare and present progress updates, impact analyses, and insights to stakeholders and management.

Contribute to aligning measurement frameworks with Hill’s customer experience standards.
Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, & Best Practices - 20%

Foster collaboration within product teams and across partner functions.

Share best practices and lessons learned to grow product management expertise within the organization.

Represent product team perspectives in key meetings.

Track market and technology trends relevant to assigned products.

Act as a leader, pushing cross-functional teams to reach common goals.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

4+ years of digital marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
-
3+ years of experience within the consumer packaged goods industry
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $107,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
