People are the core of everything we do.</p> <p>If you are looking for a career and not just a job you’re in the right place</p> <p> </p> <p>We currently have an opportunity for a HR Associate and Payroll Analysts to join our Global Payroll team in Västerås Sweden. In this role you will work closely with our Krakow Global Shared Services (GSS) Center. </p> <p> </p> <p>The Human Resource Associate and Payroll Analyst is a global role that will provide support to the Global Payroll team but also support payroll for Sweden in the outsourced payroll model with a focus on the following tasks:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Perform HR Global transactional tasks by management of employee data through the SuccessFactors HR system</li> <li>Ensure accuracy of Global HR data processing</li> <li>Manage customer inquiries through the Alight hrX ticketing system</li> <li>Assist employees with inquiries involving Human Resources program, policies, procedures, and functions, such as benefits, payroll related inputs, unemployment, leave of absence</li> <li>Provide payroll support for Sweden in the outsourced payroll model</li> <li>Working with continuous improvement through shared knowledge, focus on automation and lessons learned</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>In addition to your daily tasks, you will also interact with the local HR operations team and collaborate on a daily bases.<br/>  </p> <p>The role is placed in Västerås with the option to work remotely.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications <br/>  </p> <p>To be a good match for this role, we believe that you have three to five years of experience working in a human resource-related environment handling Swedish payroll.
