Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Project Manager to join our Taylor On Demand team to help manage our incoming partnership onboarding projects!
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead business-driven projects to achieve defined outcomes.
- Manage all phases of project planning and execution, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking progress using project management tools.
- Manage, and often assisting in clarifying and defining, project scope
- Communicate project status through transparent and timely reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
- Apply sound judgment and experience to drive project goals and decision-making.
- Operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, account executives, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Optimize time and resources to meet project milestones and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management on issues and resolutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project execution.
- Contribute to departmental planning using subject matter expertise and project insights.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills; strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization as well as with external contacts
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to be detail and results-oriented
- Ability to organize and express thoughts clearly
- Ability to be a fast learner, execute tactical tasks, and think strategically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
We Would Also Prefer:
- 2+ years of experience in the print industry
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
