Support long-range planning and annual/quarterly goal setting; establish metrics to track progress and outcomes.
Operational Excellence
Build and run the operating rhythm for the Cyber Safety leadership team — business reviews, planning cycles, key initiative tracking, and decision-making forums.

Drive special projects and cross-functional programs on behalf of the CPO, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
Executive Support & Communication
Act as a thought partner to the CPO, shaping narratives and decision frameworks for board meetings, executive reviews, and external presentations.
Prepare high-impact communications that align and inspire — from product vision and AI transformation updates to company-wide announcements.
Represent the CPO in select forums and drive alignment across stakeholders when needed.
