The Role and What You’ll Do: 

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Vice President of The Wall Group & IMG Models. Demonstrating independent judgment, as well as the ability to interface with senior level business leaders and their teams, the EA can anticipate problems and proactively identify solutions. The EA will also have the ability to effectively navigate the shifting needs and demands of the SVP. 

  • Act as a gatekeeper to effectively manage the SVP’s calendar, including setting, re-scheduling, and confirming internal and external meetings.   

  • Coordinate and manage travel schedule, including purchasing tickets, creating itineraries, and arranging transportation to and from airport to locations. 

  • Prepare and submit travel and entertainment expense reports in a timely manner, while following company policies and procedures. 

  • Ensure smooth flow of the workday with proactive schedule prep and contingency planning.  

  • Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned. 

 

You Have These: 

  • College degree preferred, but not required. 

  • 1-3 years’ experience assisting a senior level executive. 

  • High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Concur 

  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and ability to balance and handle multiple priorities 

  • Detail-oriented and proactive. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills. 

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, responding to issues promptly with a strong orientation toward teamwork 

  • High level of integrity and ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner while maintain
