Title: Infrastructure Projects Assistant Director (Enterprise Support Services)
The opportunity
The Infrastructure Projects Assistant Director is responsible for a portfolio of moderate to complex projects/programs where operations, process and technology enablement knowledge as well as change management is required to consult and develop solutions and solve business problems (i.e. increasing cost effectiveness, minimizing statutory risks, enhancing quality of services provided and deploying new technologies and processes, etc.). Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, managing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful execution while driving the adoption of change management methodologies.
Your key responsibilities
- Manages a portfolio of moderate to complex projects, including new technology or process deployments and the development and deployment of continuous improvement initiatives
- Creates and develops project/program scope and schedules. Plans and assigns resources to associated tasks and deliverables as appropriate.
- Responsible for managing resources, communications and cost management of projects/programs
- Employ change management methodologies to drive the adoption of change within projects, ensuring the organization is well-prepared for transition.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and interventions to support project success and achieve desired outcomes.
- Creates and facilitates the communications for each project, working with various stakeholder for finalization and deployment.
- Explains difficult issues and risks and works to establish consensus; communicates issues, risks and status reports to leadership and/or stakeholders.
- Makes decisions regarding the allocation of resources to meet changing project/program needs.
- Develops procedures and coordinates activities within project/program team, including vendor selection and management. This may include working directly with suppliers – both internal and external.
- Facilitated and leads meetings with key stakeholders and team members to communicate changes, project initiatives, and procedures.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders leaders (i.e. technology, finance, etc).
- Participates in global initiatives.
- Acts as a counselor/supervisor to other team members.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Approximately 8+ years of relevant experience, specifically within project management
Ideally, you will also have
- PMP certification
- Previous change management experience
