About the Role

Data entry clerks are responsible for inputting customer and client data, checking data for errors and producing reports, are expected to possess a high level of expertise in typing and a strong attention to detail.

Data Processing

• Process Chinese/English data capture and policy inquiry task and verify the result.
• Provide efficient and effective service ensuring that our agreed service standards are met
• Assist in coaching newly joined staff to achieve training target

• Efficiency and effectiveness
• Accuracy, timeliness and completeness of work produced
• A good standout colleague with the ability deal with stress.
• Interpersonal skill

• Share good experience to newly joined staff

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• College Diploma leaver and above
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Experience in data process will be an advantage

Language Skill

• English & Cantonese
• Industry certifications and practitioners’ licenses

Special Skill

• Good PC Skills, English/Number typing skill is a must
• Ability to work accurately and to precise detail; Good interpersonal skills and ability to priorities workloads.

Reporting Structure and Supervisory / Managerial Responsibilities:

• This position is the only direct report of the team leader, OSSC
• Reference to Organization Chart of the Department
